		<description>I am not a lawyer, but I think there is nothing wrong with sindicating content from other sites as long you have permission from the owner.

I see lots of blogs republishing content, but you are talking about RSS...this means exact copy of content. In this case I think it is fair to include original source of information.

As far as ads are concerned I don`t see any problem with that.</description>
